(3) Use of cookies:
This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and operation of which are explained below:
- transient cookies (cf. b),
- persistent cookies (cf. c).
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include session cookies. These store a session ID with which different requests from your browser can be assigned to a common session. This allows your computer to be identified when you visit our website again. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.
Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a given period of time depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.
You can configure your browser settings according to your wishes and, for example, refuse the acceptance of third-party cookies or all cookies. We draw your attention to the fact that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.
We use cookies to be able to identify you during subsequent visits if you have an account with us. Otherwise, you would have to log in at every visit.
Flash cookies used are not collected by your browser but by your flash plug-in. We also use HTML5 storage objects placed on your terminal. These objects store the necessary data regardless of the browser used and have no automatic expiration date. If you do not want flash cookies to be processed, you must install a corresponding extension, for example "Better Privacy" on Mozilla Firefox or Adobe-Flash-Cookie-Killer for Google Chrome. You can prevent the use of HTML5 storage objects by using the private browsing mode in your browser. In addition, we recommend that you regularly delete your cookies and browser history manually.
(4) Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", text files stored on your computer that allow the analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is generally transmitted and stored on a Google server in the USA. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address is first shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other countries of the European Economic Area agreement. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA before being shortened. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the site, to produce reports on site activity, and to offer the site operator additional service benefits related to the use of the site and the use of the internet.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by making the corresponding setting in your navigation software. However, we inform you that in this case, it may not be possible to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the transfer to Google of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following address.
Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be installed which will prevent the collection of your data during your future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics!
This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This extension shortens IP addresses before processing, thus preventing any link to persons. If the data collected about you allow a link to be established with you, they are directly excluded and the personal data are immediately deleted.
We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website and to make regular improvements. The statistics thus obtained allow us to improve our offer and design it so that it is more attractive for you as a user. In exceptional cases where personal data are transferred to the USA, Google has subscribed to the EU-US Data Protection Shield. The legal basis for using Google Analytics is Art. 6, Para. 1, Point f of the GDPR.

(3) Due to the provisions of commercial and tax law, we are required to record your address, payment, and order data for a period of ten years. However, unless you have expressly consented to further use, we proceed with a restriction of processing after two years, meaning that your data will only be kept for the purpose of satisfying legal obligations.
(4) In order to prevent any unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, in particular to your financial data, the ordering process is encrypted using TLS technology.

For this purpose, we use your data in particular to create a user profile using

(2) If the processing of your personal data is based on the balancing of interests, you may object to the processing. This is particularly the case when the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you, which we present in the following description of functions. In the event of such an objection, we ask you to present the reasons why we should not process your personal data in the way we process them. In the event of a legitimate objection, we will examine the situation and decide either to suspend or adapt the data processing, or to present our compelling legitimate grounds under which we will continue the processing.
