DELIVERY

In hypothesis, delivery can only occur if the customer is up to date with his obligations to Schaefer + Peters. It is the responsibility of the buyer.

In the absence of any special instructions from the customer, Schaefer + Peters employs all means at its convenience for the conveyance of the products, as well as all intermediaries and/or various carriers which are deemed to be in advance by the customer, who therefore undertakes to bear the costs.
When carried out by Schaefer + Peters or at its request, the transport and packaging operations are carried out for the account and at the risk of the consignee, to which it is necessary to check the products on arrival and to exercise, if applicable, its remedies against the carrier. In particular, in case of damage or missing, the customer must carry out the formalities provided for in articles 103 and according to the commercial code.

Products travelling at the customer's risk, no recourse may be exercised against Schaefer + Peters for delay, damage or any other damage suffered by the goods during the transport operations even if the acts necessary for the remedies against him have been made in legal forms.
Without prejudice to the provisions to be taken with regard to the carrier, claims on the apparent defects or on the non-conformity of the delivered product or the product ordered or the consignment note must be formulated in writing within three days following the receipt of the products.

The client will have to leave to Schaefer + Peters any facility to make the finding of these vices and to remedy them. It will refrain from intervening or involving a third party for this purpose.

All materials are deemed to be taken and approved at the premises of Schaefer + Peters. The transfer of the risks on the materials takes place from the dispatch of the shops of the seller. The result is that the products travel at the consignee's own risk, even in the case of shipping without postage.

Delivery times are indicated as accurately as possible but are supply constraints and order of arrival orders. Schaefer + Peters disclaims any liability in the event of a delay in delivery on all or part of the material, for a cause not attributable to it. Overruns of delivery time may not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of current orders.

The Schaefer + Peters company may make partial orders deliveries.
