My account :
Your Business Contact S + P must approve you before you can log in to the S + P shop. S + P will allow you to access your shop and you will receive an access email, which will be sent to the email address you have entered.

My password : 
When you first log in to the store, you will receive an email with your password. After the password will be automatically generated again every 4 weeks by the shop, and you will be informed by email.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your password" link?  "In the login window and we will send you a new password. To do this, enter the email address with which you are registered in the shop. Your new password will then be sent to this address. (Other email addresses are not allowed)

My order :
Here you can see a list of all the orders you placed in the shop. In the column  "Statutes " You can see if we have received the order and if it has already been shipped.

Delivery :
Your billing address may be the same as the delivery address. If you want to add a delivery address, this is possible.

Policy :
You can see here your saved address data or your billing address. S + P between these data in the shop and you can not change it. If the data is incorrect, please contact your sales representative at S + P.
